Here is how it works
Apply for (and complete) a home mortgage through Consumers Advantage Mortgage and Complete a purchase or refinance mortgage, or enroll in our mortgage reduction program designed to help you pay off your home mortgage in 1/3 to 1/2 the time without refinancing, and you will receive a $100 gas card as our way of saying thank you for your business and to help ease the burden of skyrocketing gas prices.  You will also be entered into our Free Gas For a Year contest. Even if you don't need a mortgage or our mortgage reduction services, you can still enter the contest by referring someone to us that does business with us.

Here is how you earn entries:

• Complete a Purchase Mortgage = 5 entries
  
• Complete a Refinance Mortgage = 5 entries
  
• Enroll in our (non-refi) Mortgage Reduction Program = 5 entries
  
• Refer a customer that completes a Mortgage = 1 entry
  
• Refer a customer that enrolls in the mortgage reduction program = 3 entries.

On January 5th, 2009 one lucky winner will be selected to receive "Free Gas for a Year" (currently valued at $2,000).

Terms & Conditions:

1. Home Equity Loans do not qualify for the free gas card promotion.
2. Currently, we cannot originate loans in Hawaii, or Atlanta GA.
3. $100 Gas Cards will be received within 4-6 weeks of a closed transaction.
4. To qualify for referral entries the party conducting business must designate you as the referrer and provide your contact information to confirm your entry..  We will do all that we can to verify referral sources. In the event of multiple referrals for a single customer, the first referral source mentioned unless multiple are mentioned at the time of service, in which case, the points will be split.
5. The "Free Gas for a Year" Grand Prize will be paid out quarterly and is currently based on $2,000 for a year worth of gas ($40 per week for 50 weeks).
6. In the event that we cannot reach you, your prize may be forfeited and another winner will be chosen.
7. You agree to allow us to use your name and photo to confirm that there was an actual winner.
